What started as a community centered around independent living, has now grown to include assisted living, skilled nursing, casitas and memory care.
Business Situation
Sagewood began as an LCS Development idea to create a world-class senior living community to enrich the lives of older adults in the Phoenix area. Following the ground-up development of Sagewood, LCS Development kicked off Phase II of the master plan to continue to bolster the resort-style experience.
Phase II of Sagewood’s expansion brought additional amenities and residence options. This $100 million, 220,000-square-foot community addition included 101 independent living units, 14 estate homes, underground parking, activity and game rooms, an art studio, café, three unique dining venues and an 18-hole putting green.
LCS Development challenged the status quo by forging Sagewood and creating an unmatched experience for the residents of today and tomorrow.
