LCS Wins Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for Fall 2025

LCS has been recognized as a Culture Excellence winner in three categories of demonstrating dedication to cultivating an outstanding workplace culture through the 2025 Top Workplaces award program. The Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards recognize organizations that excel in specific areas of workplace culture. LCS is proud to have earned recognition in the following categories based on feedback from its employees.

• Employee Appreciation celebrates organizations who demonstrate gratefulness for the efforts of employees, and that employees reciprocate by being motivated to give their best at work
• Employee Well-Being recognizes organizations who put the health and wellness of their employees at the center of their workplace culture.
• Professional Development celebrates organizations who focus on developing their employees’ careers and enable them to grow professionally.

These recognitions join the five Culture Excellence Awards LCS received earlier this spring, underscoring our dedication to creating a workplace where employees can grow, thrive, and feel valued.

The program is facilitated by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces, and has a 17-year history of surveying and celebrating people-first organizations nationally and across 60 regional markets.

LCS has also been recognized as a Top Workplace USA award winner for five consecutive years, a regional Top Workplace in Iowa for seven consecutive years, and also announced a second position ranking among more than 200 companies in the Energage Healthcare category as part of its annual National Industry Awards.
