Sherry Robinson Named McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor
Mar 01 2026LCS is proud to announce that Sherry Robinson, Vice President/Director of Operations Management, has been recognized as a 2026 McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor honoree. The Hall of Honor category is reserved for women leaders who have demonstrated sustained leadership excellence and driven meaningful change throughout their careers.
With more than 30 years of experience in senior living operations, Robinson is widely respected for her steady leadership, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to resident-centered care. In her current role, she provides strategic and operational leadership for an 11-community Life Plan portfolio, directly overseeing six communities and guiding five additional communities through her leadership team.
Robinson has delivered strong, measurable results across her portfolio, driving significant gains in financial performance, occupancy, and employee engagement. Throughout her career, she has guided communities through major crises—including hurricanes and the COVID‑19 pandemic—most notably helping lead the safe emergency evacuation of more than 200 residents during Hurricane Milton.
At the community level, Robinson has driven transformational changes through strategic decision‑making, operational discipline, and transparent communication, strengthening financial performance while maintaining resident trust.
Robinson holds a Master of Science degree in Advanced Clinical Nutrition and is a licensed Healthcare Administrator.
