LCS Celebrates Employee SalesFIRST Honorees

LCS has announced the latest employee honorees to receive SalesFIRST™ Awards. SalesFIRST is an LCS company imperative designed to elevate experiences for residents and deliver industry-leading performance across LCS-owned or managed communities. The biannual award recognizes excellence in Focus, Invest, Responsibility, Systems, and Transparency.

SalesFIRST honorees include:

FOCUS: Tam Wagner, Executive Director, The Roosevelt at Salt Creek
"Tam doesn’t simply lead a community—she inspires a transformation."
In just two years, Tam helped lead The Roosevelt from a struggling community emerging from bankruptcy to one exceeding occupancy and financial goals. Under her direction, the community achieved 100 move-ins in 2025. She championed a $25 million renovation, fostered a culture where employees thrive, and remained relentlessly focused on growth and excellence. As her nomination states, “She doesn’t simply meet the expectations of the company objectives—she elevates them and inspires others to do the same.” 

INVEST: Hagop Hagopian, Executive Chef, The Clare
“Some people prepare meals. Hagop creates experiences that change lives."
Chef Hagop Hagopian was nominated for his extraordinary investment in creating unforgettable experiences for prospects and residents. Through his monthly five-course dining events for The Clare, he’s transformed meals into meaningful opportunities for connection, helping prospects envision their future lifestyle. His gift is not just hospitality—it is making people feel they belong.

RESPONSIBILITY: Ndidiamaka "DiDi" Anyaralu, Life Enrichment Director, The Delaney at Parkway Lakes
"Real leaders step forward when challenges seem impossible."
During a year-long construction project that required residents to move out of and back into their apartments, Didi volunteered to shoulder the responsibility no one else could manage. She coordinated schedules, supported families, eased fears, and maintained resident satisfaction—all while continuing to lead Life Enrichment. Her nomination praised her for carrying this immense responsibility“ without complaint—maintaining her signature positivity and calm demeanor.” Didi showed that responsibility is not about a title; it is about serving others when they need you.”

SYSTEMS: Stephanie Jackson, Director of Health Services, Rose Senior Living - Clinton Township
"Stephanie saw a divide and built a bridge."
When she joined Rose Senior Living Clinton Township, she rebuilt trust, improved communication, and united people around a shared SalesFIRST culture. In less than a year, she rebuilt trust between departments and helped drive 14 move-ins in a single month while the community surpassed 95% occupancy. Stephanie reminds us that great systems are built not just on processes, but on relationships.

TRANSPARENCY: Bobbi Beake, LCS Director of Operations Management - Rental  
"Transparency isn't just telling people what they want to hear—it's building trust through honesty."
Bobbi earned her nomination by creating an environment where challenges are discussed openly, successes are shared honestly, and decisions are guided by data and accountability. She helps teams address obstacles early, align around solutions, and move forward with confidence. Her nomination states that she “builds trust, reduces ambiguity, and strengthens our ability to deliver results.” Bobbi demonstrates that transparency is one of the most powerful forms of leadership because it empowers everyone to succeed together.
