LCS Receives Three Culture Excellence Awards from Top Workplace USA
Oct 12 2023LCS, the nation’s third-largest senior living provider, has received three Cultural Excellence Awards for Employee Well-Being, Employee Appreciation, and Professional Development from Top Workplaces USA. The awards, now in their 17th year, recognize companies that go above and beyond to cultivate outstanding workplace cultures.
Top Workplaces describes the three awards as follows:
- Employee Appreciation celebrates organizations that demonstrate gratefulness for the efforts of employees, and that employees reciprocate by being motivated to give their best at work.
- Employee Well-Being honors organizations that put the health and wellness of their employees at the center of their workplace culture.
- Professional Development recognizes organizations that focus on developing their employee's careers and enable them to grow professionally.
LCS’s culture has continued to be nationally recognized. In addition to landing on the Top Workplaces USA list for the past three years, LCS has appeared on the Des Moines Register’s Iowa Top Workplaces list for five consecutive years. And earlier this year, LCS was one of 57 companies selected by Gallup to receive a 2023 Exceptional Workplace Award.
