The Delaney at The Green Opens for Residents 

Life Care Services, the third-largest operator of senior living communities in the U.S., has announced the completion of Delaney at The Green, an upscale Senior Living Community located in Florham Park, New Jersey. Located at 110 Park Avenue, the property contains 128 apartments for independent seniors, 58 assisted living apartments, and 34 memory care apartments.  The community opened for independent living residents in June and for assisted living and memory care residents in October.  

The Delaney offers state-of-the-art amenities and an elevated dining experience including multiple dining venues, including an indoor-outdoor pub, full-service salon and spa, aerobics and fitness studios, movie theater, club room, and dog park. The pet-friendly community also offers multiple community rooms for social gatherings, an array of life enrichment programs, events, and clubs including access to continuing education programs, an art studio, and transportation to local shopping, entertainment, and medical care.
