LCS Development Celebrates Completion of Blakehurst Senior Living Community Renovation
Nov 12 2025LCS Development is proud to announce the completion of extensive resident-facing renovations at Blakehurst Senior Living, a premier Life Plan Community located on a 40-acre campus in Towson, Maryland. The revitalization project enhances more than 82,000 square feet of independent living and common spaces, reinforcing Blakehurst’s commitment to providing exceptional environments where residents can live life to the fullest. The renovated spaces are now open for residents to use and enjoy.

The multi-phase project enhancements include:
- Expansion of The Ridge Pub and the addition of a new dining venue
- Enlargement and redesign of the main lobby
- Expansion and enhancement of outdoor dining areas
- Improvements to the auditorium and pool area, including upgraded locker rooms
- Transformation of the rotunda into a game room and hospitality area
- Enlargement of the neighborhood market
- Renovation and updates to each of the dining venues
- Improvements to the main kitchens
- Comprehensive updates to independent living residential corridors
- Enhancements to the employee lounge
