LCS Announces 2025 Health & Wellness Navigation Program™ Community Awards
Nov 04 2025LCS has announced the community recipients of its 2025 Health & Wellness Navigation Program™ Awards. The awards reflect each community’s demonstrated and elevated achievements to proactively enhance their residents' overall quality of life and well-being. The Health & Wellness Navigation Program™ is an LCS Signature Experience for the company’s owned and managed communities.
“These honored communities are not only thriving—they are shining examples of how our commitment to ‘serve the customer first and foremost’ translates into real, meaningful outcomes,” said Michele Kramer, LCS Health and Wellness Programming Director.
Kramer noted that since the awards debut in 2024, implementation of the program in LCS communities has grown from 60% to 71%, and the number of communities that have achieved the Gold Standard certification level has increased from 63% to 72%.
The Health & Wellness Navigation Program partners with residents and families to create an environment where residents can achieve “A Better Life Through Better Living” with a unique plan that includes personalized care to maximize health and wellness goals among other individual resident needs. The program's Certification Level Scorecard helps communities gauge progress biennially on key elements of the program.
