LCS Named to the Top Workplace Iowa list for Seventh Consecutive Year

LCS has been recognized as a 2025 Iowa Top Workplace, a distinction earned for the seventh year in a row. This award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner, Energage. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.
