LCS Celebrates Four Honorees Named to 2026 Future Senior Living Leaders Class
May 08 2026LCS has announced that four of its leaders have been named to the 2026 Future Senior Living Leaders class by Senior Housing News (SHN), a WTWH Healthcare publication. The award recognizes emerging leaders who are shaping the future of senior living through their innovation and leadership.
LCS honorees include:
- Tim Wood, LCS Vice President of Asset Management
Since joining LCS in 2018 as Finance Manager, Wood has distinguished himself as a transformational leader. In his current role, he works with LCS’ most critical initiatives, including leadership of a $3.3B real estate portfolio and oversight of the wholly owned Life Plan community portfolio. He has played a key role in advancing pricing strategies, standardization efforts, and owner relationships that support long-term sustainability while maintaining a strong focus on quality of care and resident experience. - Allison Reisch, Vi Director of CRM & Data Strategy
Reisch has led Vi’s capabilities in CRM since joining over eight years ago. Today she’s responsible for a data-driven strategy which enables more personalized experiences with current and prospective residents. Recently, she served as the marketing lead during Vi’s transition to the Welcome Home CRM platform. Her collaboration with the marketing, sales, and IT teams ensured outcomes that will make a meaningful difference to seniors and their families. - Paulina Komperda, Interior Design Manager, Vi Living
Komperda joined Vi as an intern 13 years ago and has advanced to Interior Design manager. Today, she leads a portfolio of design projects at Vi communities with budgets up to $70M annually. She’s responsible for creating spaces which meet the needs of residents and employees and reflect Vi’s high aesthetic standards. She is widely known for her collaborative approach and helping reshape spaces for aging adults that create beautiful, functional, and empowering environments. - Amanda Pierce, Assistant Fitness Coordinator, Vi at Bentley Village
Since joining Vi at Bentley Village in 2024, Pierce’s innovative and thoughtful approach to continually developing resident programs that elevate wellness and reflect the evolving focus on active aging with programs that emphasize functional strength, cognitive health, and whole person wellness. She is recognized by colleagues for leading with positivity, working hard, and being deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of older adults.
