LCS Development and Rolling Green Village Celebrate Groundbreaking for Major Campus Expansion
Dec 13 2025Rolling Green Village, a premier Life Plan Community in Greenville, S.C., has celebrated a major milestone with the groundbreaking of its newest campus expansion. LCS Development, serving as the lead on the project, joined community leaders, board members, and residents to commemorate the start of this transformative next chapter.
The expansion will add 116 new independent living residences, a new assisted living neighborhood, and multiple outdoor amenity enhancements—advancing Rolling Green Village’s long-term commitment to offering exceptional senior living options.

Situated on 175 acres of natural beauty, Rolling Green Village’s campus is “set to bloom even brighter” with the upcoming additions. The expansion includes:
New Independent Living Units
- 68 apartment homes
- 24 carriage homes
- 24 cottages
New Assisted Living Neighborhood
- 32 assisted living residences, including two 2-bedroom units
Outdoor Amenities
- Pickleball courts
- Bocce ball courts
- Outdoor kitchenette and gathering area
- New courtyards
- Enhanced walking trails
