LCS expands Janus Living partnership with the addition of two managed communities

LCS Community Operations has been selected as the management partner for two Marietta, Georgia communities: Sterling Estates of East Cobb and Sterling Estates of West Cobb. Both communities are owned by Janus Living, and externally managed by Healthpeak. The announcement expands the total number of Janus Living communities managed by LCS to 15.

Sterling Estates of West Cobb and East Cobb residents enjoy independent living cottages and apartment homes all designed with first-class amenities and located in a classic neighborhood setting. Community features include large wellness centers, indoor heated pools, gourmet dining, active social calendars, walking paths, a large resident garden and beautifully landscaped courtyards, among other amenities. As Continuing Care Retirement Communities, each offer access to other levels of care including independent living, assisted living and respite services. Sterling Estates of West Cobb also includes memory care.
