LCS Tops the J.D. Power 2025 Senior Living Satisfaction Study as the Most-Awarded Senior Living Provider

Des Moines, IA – November 19, 2025 – LCS is proud to announce it has been recognized - for the seventh consecutive year - as #1 in resident satisfaction among independent senior living communities in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study. The award secures LCS’ place as the most awarded independent senior living company in the history of the J.D. Power U.S. Senior Living Satisfaction Study.

LCS also achieved #1 in all six resident satisfaction factors measured: Dining, Community Building/Grounds, Resident Apartment/Living Unit, Price Paid for Services Received, Community Staff and Resident Activities. LCS has stayed in the #1 spot in each of these categories for the past seven years.
