LCS Celebrates Continued Strong Growth with Two-Thirds of Communities Above 90% Occupancy  

LCS has announced that two‑thirds of its owned and managed senior living communities achieved more than 90% whole‑house occupancy in 2025. In addition, 37% of its communities reached an exceptional milestone of 95% or higher occupancy, demonstrating strong performance across the portfolio.

LCS results continue to outperform the broader senior housing industry, which reported an average occupancy rate of 89.1% in the fourth quarter 2025 Occupancy Report from the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care and NIC MAP Vision.
