LCS Development Celebrates Completion of Lake Port Square Renovation
Mar 20 2026LCS Development is proud to announce the completion of a multi-phase renovation at Lake Port Square, a premier Life Plan Community located on a private 78-acre nature preserve in Leesburg, Florida.
The $12 million renovation reflects the community's continued focus on whole-person wellness and resident-centered living that support active lifestyles including a new modern fitness center, full-service salon and spa, a new waterfront dining venue, dedicated creative and hobby space, and an expanded town hall designed to support larger gatherings and community events.
