LCS Announces Nick Hamilton as Vice President of Data & AI

LCS has announced the appointment of Nick Hamilton as Vice President of Data & AI. Hamilton will lead LCS' efforts to leverage data and AI to improve decision-making, enhance experiences, and increase efficiency. He will partner with technology and business leaders across the organization to strengthen the capabilities, governance, and infrastructure needed to scale AI.

Hamilton joined LCS after 14 years with Principal Financial Group, where he led teams across AI, engineering, product management, data science and analytics consulting. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that apply data, AI and technology to drive growth, improve decision-making and modernize operations, with experience spanning enterprise AI, machine learning, analytics, data governance and large-scale business transformation.

Hamilton is a graduate of Drake University and holds an MBA from Iowa State University.  He also serves on the board of directors for the American Red Cross.
