LCS Development and Croasdaile Village Begin $82M Expansion Project 

LCS Development and Croasdaile Village recently gathered community leaders, residents and project partners to break ground and celebrate an expansion at the community’s 100-acre Durham, North Carolina campus.  

The expansion will introduce 58 new independent living residences - all of which have been pre-sold - in a mix of cottage and hybrid home configurations. The project also includes enhancements to existing community amenities, including under-building parking, an expanded fitness center, staff lounge improvements, renovations to kitchen and dining spaces, and the addition of new outdoor amenities designed to further elevate the resident experience. The expansion project is expected to be completed in mid-2027.
